The Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission voted to keep the cabins at the park permanently closed where they currently sit. This was a difficult decision following an involved public process. Long-term planning, underway now through 2026, will evaluate the future of the park and other options for overnight accommodation. Day use in the park remains open, as does the Cama Center and café. Restrooms are not available in the lower beach area but are available in other parts of the park.
Visit the project page for more information and future opportunities for public input.
All shuttle services at Cama Beach are temporarily suspended. We apologize for the inconvenience.
