How to make changes to your reservation.

Reservation changes

You can change reservations online or by calling the Reservation Call Center at (888) CAMPOUT or (888) 226-7688 or the Washington Telecommunications Relay Service at 711 or (800) 833-6384.  If you need to reduce the number of nights to your campsite, roofed, vacation rental, or marina reservation, please refer to the cancellation page.

Changes can be made within the same park as your reservation until 8 p.m. the day before your arrival date. Arrival and departure dates can be changed as late as 8 p.m. on your arrival date. Fees will apply to all changes, except when extending reservation dates.

You cannot change a reservation more than 8 months in advance of arrival date.  Changing from one type of facility to another is not allowed.

Changes upon arrival

Make reservation changes at the park when you check in. You may change your scheduled arrival date by contacting the park, but

Please notify the park if you will not arrive on the first day of your reservation.  You will still pay for all nights originally reserved.

Changes for multiple-site reservations

Multiple-site reservation changes will be applied to the whole booking. Reservation changes without reducing nights will be charged $8 online or $10 by calling the Reservation Call Center. No transaction fee is collected if you extend your stay.

Changes for group camp or group day-use facility

Reservation changes 29 or more days prior to your arrival date, will be charged $8 online or $10 by calling the Reservation Call Center.

Reservation changes 28 or fewer days prior to arrival, will be charged a fee of one night's stay or use of the facility for one day.

In order to allow for maximum use of state park facilities, change fees are set to encourage the public to make any reservation changes, especially those that reduce the number of nights reserved, as soon as possible so that others may reserve and use the unoccupied sites.
