Offered to Washington state residents who are legally blind, profoundly deaf, or who meet the disability definition used by the Social Security Administration and are currently receiving benefits.

Foster Family Pass
Offered to Washington State residents who provide out-of-home care to children as foster parents, caregivers or kinship families.
Lifetime Disabled Veteran Pass
Washington state residents who are veterans with a 30% or greater combined service-connected disability can apply for this pass.
Off-Season Senior Citizen Pass
Offered annually to Washington state residents who are 62 years of age or older.
Senior Citizen Limited Income Pass
Offered to Washington State residents who are 62 years or older with an annual income of $40,000 or less.
