Roofed Accommodation Fee Update

We are updating our roofed accommodation fees so we can continue providing great experiences for visitors amid inflation and rising costs.

Effective Jan. 1, 2027, roofed accommodation fees will increase and be standardized into pricing tiers to provide customers with more consistency and transparency during the booking process. Visitors are able to book reservations up to nine months in advance of their stay. Due to this reservation window, visitors will begin to see the roofed accommodation fee changes on April 1, 2026, for reservations beginning Jan. 1, 2027.

For cabins and yurts where additional RV utility hookups are offered for an additional cost, these additional fees will not change.

Currently cabins and yurts are priced separately. This change will also standardize roofed accommodations into pricing tiers, providing greater consistency and transparency across the reservation system:

  • Economy cabins: No restrooms and sleeps four or less
  • Basic cabins and yurts: No restrooms and generally sleep six
  • Deluxe cabins: Includes restroom in cabin (currently only at Pearrygin Lake and Bayview)
  • Popular deluxe cabins: Includes restroom in cabin

Due to the diverse size, historic character and amenities, vacation rentals could not be placed into a standardized price structure, but prices were aligned to improve consistency.
