








The Parks headquarters Information Center is moving from its current location in Tumwater to the Department of Ecology building at 300 Desmond Drive SE in Lacey. Our customer service team is located at the front desk, just inside the main entrance.
Gas/propane self-contained camping stoves and portable gas/propane fire pits allowed. No charcoal or wood fires allowed.
Kopachuck State Park will hold a Grand Re-Opening Celebration on Sat., Aug. 2 from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Come see the new park amenities and enjoy music, chainsaw carving demonstrations, Jr. Ranger talks, art activities and more. No Discover Pass required this day.

This park has two miles of easy hiking trails, great for walking your dog or to enjoy a walk among the beautiful trees.
Wedding and Event facility is available to rent year-round. Unsheltered picnic tables and picnic shelters are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The beach is a great place for summer swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or snorkeling at the underwater park. Cutts Island is a short half-mile boat ride from the shore. Mooring fees for buoys can be paid at Kopachuck for both Cutts Island and the beach buoy at Kopachuck.
