Make your Beebe Bridge reservations this summer for 2027 vacations

CHELAN — Campers planning their 2027 getaways to Beebe Bridge State Park will need to book their stays – and set their alarms – a little earlier this year. As part of the ongoing management transition to Washington State Parks, the reservation process for the 2027 season will change to fit with State Parks’ rolling nine-month advance window.

To ensure local and regional campers don’t miss their opportunity to reserve camping nights for popular dates — especially holiday weekends — State Parks encourages visitors to familiarize themselves with its reservation system before the first major booking dates arrive in August.

How to secure your spot 

Campsites become available for booking exactly nine months in advance of the first night’s stay. To increase your chances of getting a site at Beebe Bridge during a popular camping window:

• Create your account ahead of time: Visit washington.goingtocamp.com to set up a profile before you intend to book.
• Be ready at 7 a.m.: For high-demand weekends, log in early and be ready to click “reserve” at 7 a.m. on the day your window opens.
• Set notifications: If your preferred dates are full, the website allows you to set notifications to alert you if a site becomes available due to a cancellation.

Important dates for the 2027 season

For those planning 2027 holiday weekends, the State Parks booking windows open in summer and fall of 2026:

• Memorial Day, 2027: Book Aug. 28, 2026
• Fourth of July, 2027: Book Oct. 2, 2026
• Labor Day, 2027: Book Dec. 3, 2026

A stronger partnership for Beebe Bridge

This transition is part of a long-term plan to move management of Beebe Bridge State Park to Washington State Parks by 2028. While Chelan County PUD continues to own the property — just as it does with Lincoln Rock, Daroga and Wenatchee Confluence — the shift to State Parks management brings several benefits to visitors:

• PUD customer perks: Chelan County PUD customers will continue to enjoy free day-use access, including the boat launch.
• Expanded discounts: Beebe Bridge visitors gain access to State Parks’ discount program, including free and discounted camping for foster families, senior citizens and disabled veterans.
• Expert oversight: Visitors will benefit from State Parks’ extensive experience in regional campground management and enhanced park patrol and safety.
