Volunteer Event - Mount Spokane - Trail Maintenance

There are currently no future events scheduled.
Join us Thursday, July 24th from 9:30AM-2:30PM for trail maintenance to Horse Mountain near Quartz Mountain. We will use brushcutters, pole saws, loppers, and handsaws to cut back encroaching vegetation. Near the summit of Horse Mountain, we will use hand tools (Hoes, McCleod, Pulaski's) to even the tread surface. And if we are lucky, huckleberries will be ready!

Things to bring:

-Discover Pass (we can issue a day pass)

-Sturdy boots

-Eye and Ear Protection (we have a supply)

-Trail Tools (we have plenty, but you are welcome to bring your own)

Meeting Location: 47.903490, -117.099816; Selkirk Lodge. From there we will hike/shuttle to the trailhead of Horse near Quartz.
