Description: From Fort to Forest: Discover the Transformation of Fort Townsend. Start your New Year amongst the magical forest of Fort Townsend State Park! Join us for coffee and snacks, guided and self-guided hikes, and learn about a hidden gem just outside the city limits of Port Townsend. Dogs are welcome to join in the festivities. All dogs on leashes will receive a Bark Ranger Bandana as a reward! During the guided hike, visitors will learn about the park's history while enjoying beautiful views of the parade grounds, Port Townsend Bay, and the diverse forest.
