Hike from Harstine Island to McMicken Island with local Park Rangers. We'll be following our curiosities through the Harstine Island forest and onto the beach and across a tombolo (a spit of sand) to McMicken Island. We will stop for a snack and bathroom break on McMicken Island before exploring the island’s small old growth forest. We will learn about the plants and sea life we see, the birds we hear, and anything else we stumble upon!
Length of Hike: 5 miles
Where and when to Meet: Harstine Island State Park on Yates Road, Parking Lot 3 (Main Lot) @ 2:30PM
