Shinrin-yoku "Forest Bathing" at Moran State Park
There are currently no future events scheduled.
Enjoy a slow sensory stroll through the forest.
Breathe in the phytoncides of the Western Red Cedar, listen to the sounds of the wind through the trees, and take in the sights of the birds flying over the islands of the Salish Sea from the top of Mt. Constitution.
We'll close our experience with a hot cup of tea provided by the forest.
What to Expect
The route we'll take is less than a mile on an out-and-back forest trail, with a slow, short uphill climb on our return. Wear comfortable, sturdy shoes and dress for the weather.
Although our programs are open to everyone, this one is best suited for ages 12 and up.
