Earn your Junior Ranger badge!

Calling all future Junior Rangers! Come learn about habitats, homes to animals, while you work toward earning your Junior Ranger badge. Bring your Junior Ranger booklet or pick one up at the program.

Meet by the playground. Best for youth ages 4-12. All youth must be accompanied by an adult.

From the Sunset Beach parking area, walk toward the center of Sunset Beach Bathhouse. The education space is located between the Men's and Women's restrooms.

Lake Sammamish First Day Hike

Come learn about the wonderful work being done at Lake Sammamish State Park. Learn about improvements for our local flora and fauna, as well as take a moment to connect with nature just 30 minutes from Seattle, WA. After the hike, consider taking part in our Polar Plunge, hosted by Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park.
