The Department of Natural Resources has issued a statewide burn ban restricting the use of outdoor burning, campfires, the use of charcoal briquettes, and prescribed burns on all forest lands within DNR’s fire protection, including all Washington State Parks, through Sept. 30, 2024. Live Music will be playing on Saturday, May 18th at 3:00 PM at the BP Heron Center located in Birch Bay State Park. “ON THE LOOSE” is an eclectic band that plays memorable country western and swing music. The event is free to attend and no registration required, all parked vehicles require a Discover Pass which can be purchased at the park and other locations.
