Join Park Rangers for our Summer Junior Ranger Program Series! Each week the topic will change. Topics include history, wildlife, and park stewardship. Note: Locations vary from week to week.

Programs will include a badge ceremony for those who have completed their Jr. Ranger booklet. Programs are designed to engage ages 4-12, but all ages are welcome to attend. (Parents must accompany their children.)

We will also have booklets and packets for those interested in earning a badge. Kids as young as 4 years old can receive a booklet and earn a badge!

Most programs will be held in the Upper Campground at the Amphitheater (next to site 14). Participants can hike, bike, or drive to this location, although parking is very limited. More parking is available at the boat launch just down the road from the campground.

On July 4 and July 18 programs will be held at Battery Bankhead along Flagler Campground Rd. Participants can hike, bike, or drive to this location.

In Celebration of Museum Day, the program on August 8 will be at the Fort Flagler Museum, which is located on Flagler Rd near the vacation homes, past the park's 4-way intersection. Participants can hike, bike, or drive to this location.
