Restrictions: 20 hikers max per time slot. This hike has previously been cancelled due to icy conditions. An interpretive program was presented as an alternative.

Description: Volunteer led interpretative hike around the forested lake, you’ll learn the history of the park, the surrounding area, the volcanic origins or the lake, and fun info about the wildlife currently residing in the park. After the hike we will stop for healthy (ish) snacks at the kitchen shelter.
