The Parks headquarters Information Center is moving from its current location in Tumwater to the Department of Ecology building at 300 Desmond Drive SE in Lacey. Our customer service team is located at the front desk, just inside the main entrance.
Mount Spokane Ranger-Guided Snowshoe Walk

Join Interpretive Ranger Kara Frashefski for a snowshoe walk as she talks about the park's history.
Length of hike: 2.6 miles (approx. 2hrs)
Degree of difficulty: easy.
Not ADA/stroller accessible.
Ages 10 and up recommended.
Leashed dogs allowed.
Things to bring: Snowshoes (REQUIRED), waterproof or water-resistant boots, gators or waterproof pants, trekking poles, sunglasses, sunscreen.
Sno-Park pass required for parking:https://parks.wa.gov/passes-permits/permits/sno-park-permits
Carpooling encouraged due to limited parking spaces.

Volunteer Event - Mount Spokane - Trail Maintenance
Join us Friday, July 18th from 9:30AM-2:30PM for a variety of trail tasks to be completed around the newly acquired State Park property around the old Bear Creek Lodge on Mt. Spokane.Trail Maintenance Tasks:
-Trail brushing along Winter Snow Mobile trails
-Remove old trail staircase
-Sand/Stain Staircase railing
-Drag trees to create burn/wood chipper piles
