Description:

The Steamboat Rock 5k course will be a flat road course that will give the participant a tour of the park.

There will be two active participants to lead the walk/jog including, Park Ranger, Alexander George, and Senior Park Aide Windy Bolger. It will start in day use, go through two campground loops, and head to the turnaround point at the entrance booth. From here you will then go through the remaining campground loops on the way back to the starting line. Afterwards at 11:00am there will be an interpretive presentation in a nearby cabin from Interpretive Specialist, David McWalter.
