Pearrygin Lake State Park - Long Term Boundary Update
Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission is beginning a process to update the long-term boundary for Pearrygin Lake State Park to include properties on the north shore of the lake. This change would result in all of Pearrygin Lake’s shoreline being within the long-term park boundary, allowing for future connection of a loop trail around the lake.
State Parks proposes that the properties south of Bear Creek Road be classified as Recreation Areas, consistent with the park’s classifications on either side. Areas north of the road would be classified as Resource Recreation Areas, consistent with their current classification. Descriptions of each land classification are available in the linked document below.
State Parks is seeking input on this proposed long-term boundary update. Please provide input by October 1, 2023.
