Customer surveys
We need your feedback!
Thank you for visiting Washington state parks! We gather information to help us better understand your visitor experience, including your preferences, motivations and satisfaction with Washington state parks. These take the form of two ongoing visitor surveys and occasional short-term focused surveys.
We value your feedback and are working to improve our quality of service. Last year, nearly 40,000 park visitors took our survey after their overnight stays. This feedback informs how we serve overnight visitors from reservation system improvements to restroom maintenance, signage, and much more.
If you receive emails regarding your reservation, you will be sent a link to this survey the day after your stay. If you do not, but would like to take the survey, please take a few minutes and fill out the survey listed below. We hope that after each visit to a Washington state park, you will take the online survey - and keep helping us make parks better for all! You will be directed to the site where State Parks conducts its customer surveys.
Thanks for your support!

If you receive emails regarding your one-day Discover Pass purchase through www.discoverpass.gov, you will be sent a link to this survey the day after the visit date you provided. If you receive emails regarding your annual Discover Pass Purchase through www.discoverpass.gov, you should receive a survey link within 60 days of your purchase date. If you did not receive a survey email but would like to take the survey, please take a few minutes and fill out the survey linked below.
