Accessible only by boat, Blind Island is a small, 3-acre marine park near Shaw Island. It provides few amenities but offers tranquil water views and a feeling of escape. During the high season, it's a popular stop for kayak groups. In the off-season, enjoy quiet contemplation among the apple trees planted on the island by visitors long ago.
No potable water is available on the island and you must pack out what you pack in.
Camping is allowed if you arrive by human- or wind-powered craft. Visitors arriving by motorized vessel may visit the island for day-use only.

This park has four primitive Cascade Marine Trail campsites available first-come, first-served. Their use is restricted to those arriving by human- or wind-powered watercraft.
There is one composting toilet on the island. Two campsites are situated at the top of the island. Each site has a 360-degree vista of Shaw and Orcas islands and the narrow channel between them. You may catch a glimpse of Mount Baker on clear days.
If you arrive by a motorized vessel, you're not allowed to camp at this park but may enjoy the island for day use. Be prepared to bring everything you'll need for a fun and comfortable visit.
There are four moorage buoys available all year. Moorage fees are charged year-round for mooring at docks, floats and buoys from 1 p.m. to 8 a.m.
