Menu
The four-course menu features seasonal coastal dishes beginning with a choice of lobster bisque or tomato basil soup, followed by a fresh green salad.
Entrée options may include:
• Black cod with herbed couscous
• Caribbean grilled shrimp with fresh mango salsa
• Lemon herb orzo with artichokes and feta (vegetarian)
• Apricot coriander chicken with herbed couscous
Dessert will feature New York cheesecake or pound cake with seasonal berries.
