Looking for something to do with your pre-K kiddos this summer? Join us at Sacajawea Historical State Park for some “Nansense,” aka Nature Nonsense with Ranger Nan!
What is It?
- A nature-focused program that will highlight an element of the local environment every week!
- Each week will begin with storytime, followed by an activity or craft.
- It has been designed for kiddos aged 3-6, but all are welcome!
When/Where is It?
- Every other Friday 11am-12pm starting June 26th and ending August 21st
- All programs will be held at the Sacajawea Discovery Center, located between the main bathrooms and park office
Details for Grownups:
- While the program itself is free for all, a Discover Pass is required for all vehicles. Discover Passes are available for sale in the Interpretive Center for $10/day or $45/annual.
- If you do not have a Discover Pass, you can borrow one from the library through the Check Out Washington program. Click the link to find your local library!
- Make sure you bring water and sunscreen for your kiddos as we may spend time walking around the park!
