Join our staff for fun and family-friendly explorations of Deception Pass State Park’s amazing wildlife and its unique collection of forest and marine habitats.

Programs last 30 minutes and are designed for children ages 4 to 12, though everyone is welcome to participate. Please note that children attending Junior Ranger Programs must be accompanied by an adult.

Topics will vary depending on the day of the week.

Use the address listed above to navigate to the park. Please note this address will only take you to the general location of the park. Whether arriving from the north or south on SR20, you will come to a stoplight at the bottom of a hill. Turn west into the main park entrance. Drive past the welcome station and follow along the winding road until you reach a stop sign, then turn left. Take this road to West Beach. Turn right just before West Beach and follow the road to the amphitheater parking lot.
