Retreat Center Rates

Booking rates and fees

A $10 non-refundable reservation fee is collected for each booking.

All retreat center facilities have a minimum and maximum occupancy, which varies by facility. Please see the individual facility page or fee schedule for further details.  Groups may have less than the minimum required occupancy, however will still be required to pay the minimum fee.

A deposit equal to one night's stay, calculated at the minimum rate, plus the non-refundable reservation fee are due within three weeks of booking with a signed use contract. The contract will be provided to the group representative by email at time of booking. The lack of timely deposit payment and signed contract may result in cancellation of the booking without further notice.

Your final invoice will be calculated by park staff at the end of your stay.  The invoice is based on attendance and will include any additional charges that may be incurred during or prior to your stay. The group representative is responsible to pay the remaining balance during check-out.

No new reservations will be approved for a user group until any previous outstanding balances are paid, including deposits for pending reservations.

Modifications

Groups may add days to any reservation, pending availability and policy limits, without incurring a change fee.  Any other approved changes will incur a $10 non-refundable administrative fee. Each assessed fee will be applied to the final invoice on the day of departure.

Modifying reservation dates in lieu of full cancellation does not restart the cancellation timeline.  Modifications made less than 120 days prior to the original scheduled arrival will still result in full loss of deposit if canceled later.

Requests to change reservation dates must be submitted more than 30 days prior to arrival to be considered.   Requests received after this date, will result in full cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

Partial cancellation (reduce number of nights)

Groups may request to reduce the number of nights booked.  They must retain a minimum of two nights and adhere to other policy requirements.

The reducing the number of nights to a reservation will result in a fee equal to 50 percent of the minimum for each of the nights canceled.

Cancellations

Cancellation of an entire reservation, made more than 120 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of their deposit payment, less a $10 administrative fee (and the non-refundable reservation fee).

Cancellation of an entire reservation, made less than 120 days prior to arrival, will result in full forfeiture of the deposit.

Any reservation made less than 120 days in advance is not entitled to any refund of deposit, should you choose to cancel.

Groups cancelling a reservation are blocked from requesting a new reservation for 45 days.

Additional fees

The arrival time shown on your reservation is your official scheduled arrival time. Park staff are present at this time to review check-in procedures.  Any request to change your arrival or departure time must be requested through Retreat Center Program staff prior to your scheduled arrival date. Please note that program staff work Monday – Friday, excluding government holidays, so please plan accordingly.  Review and approval will be based on facility and staff availability and are not guaranteed. Additional charges may apply.

On the date of arrival, if you anticipate being more than one hour late of your specified time, due to unforeseen circumstances, you must contact the park directly for arrangements. Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee.

The entire group and all personal items must be ready to go at the specified departure time unless alternate times have been agreed upon by park staff. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.

Any damages to the facility or lost items will be charged at cost of the item and labor necessary for repair or replacement.  Any insufficient cleaning efforts identified during your check-out inspection may incur additional charges.
