Have you explored the batteries, or concrete gun emplacements, at Fort Flagler? If so, you've never experienced them like this before! Come explore the batteries in a "new light" with an Interpretive Ranger. Discover how the historic gun emplacements are slowly turning into caves by learning to view your surroundings in a new way!

This program is for ages 8+ due to the nature of the tour. The batteries are very dark and have a strong echo. The theme of the tour has been designed for older kids and adults.

Accessibility: Batteries (gun emplacements) have stairs- some with railings and some without railings. The tour will mostly take place on the lower level of the batteries, so stairs are unavoidable.

Reminder: A Discover Pass is needed at this park.
