No. the Disability pass is not a Discover Pass. You will still need a Discover Pass when visiting Washington Department of Natural Resources, and Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife lands. This pass WILL serve in place of a Discover Pass when visiting Washington state parks.

No. When visiting a park, stop at the self-registration station near the entrance. At the station, you will find envelopes for self-registration. Fill in the information requested on the flap of the envelope. Then, remove the flap and put it in plain sight on the dashboard of your vehicle. Place the envelope in the self-registration drop box . Keep your pass with you at all times.
