State Parks, partners set public meeting to discuss Lake Sammamish trail plan

OLYMPIA – June 10, 2021 – Washington State Parks and the Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park invite the public to attend a virtual meeting to learn about ongoing trail planning for Lake Sammamish State Park

The online meeting will focus on a draft master trail plan prepared by Friends of Lake Sammamish State Park to improve the park’s trail system. The draft plan is the result of a multi-year volunteer-led effort. It aims to connect visitors with the park’s natural areas, improve access for people with disabilities and protect natural and cultural resources. Once finalized, the plan will be used to guide trail improvement in the park.
