Take Hwy. 3 southwest to Belfair, and go west on Hwy. 106 eight miles to the park.

From downtown Seattle:
Take a beautiful, one-hour ferry ride to Bremerton, then a half hour drive on Hwy. 3 southwest to Belfair. From Belfair, go west eight miles on Hwy. 106 to park entrance.

Located three miles west of Belfair, Wash.
From I-5 in Tacoma:
Take SR 16 west across the Tacoma Narrows Bridge and travel approximately 27 miles toward Bremerton and Belfair. After the Port Orchard exits, the highway merges into three lanes. Exit from the left lane to Belfair on SR 3 south. Turn left at the traffic signal and take SR 3 south approximatrely eight miles to Belfair. Turn right at the signal just after Safeway and follow SR 300 approximately three miles to park entrance.
From Bremerton and the Bremerton-Seattle ferry:
Take Hwy. 304 to Hwy. 3 south, approximately 15 miles, to Belfair. Turn right at the signal just after the Safeway, and follow SR 300 approximately three miles to park entrance.
From I-5 in Olympia:
Take Hwy. 8 west approximately six miles to Hwy. 101 north, and follow Hwy. 101 11 miles to Shelton. In Shelton, exit at sign marking Hwy. 3 north and proceed 26 miles to Belfair. Turn left at the signal next to Safeway, and follow SR 300 approximately three miles to park entrance.

From Hwy. 101 heading north:
At Discovery Bay, turn right onto Hwy. 20. Go 3.7 miles to Anderson Lake Rd., and turn right. Follow this road for 1.1 miles, and turn left into park entrance.
Features: 4.4 mi of hiking trails circling lake, fishing for trout.

Located eight miles northeast of Hadlock (Port Hadlock), Wash., on the northern tip of Marrowstone Island.
From Seattle or Edmonds:
Take Kingston Ferry or Bainbridge Island Ferry, and follow signs to Hood Canal Bridge. Cross over and drive five miles, then turn right onto easily-missed Hwy. 19 (Beaver Valley Rd.). Travel 10 miles to the Chimacum four-way stop. Take a right on Chimacum-Center Rd. At four-way stop in Port Hadlock, turn right onto Oak Bay Rd. Go approximately one mile and turn left onto SR 116. Fort Flagler is at end of road, approximately 10 miles from the Oak Bay Rd.
From Port Townsend:
Take Hwy. 20 and travel three miles to the traffic light at Ness' Corner Rd. Go straight through the light, which puts you on Hwy. 19. In approximately eight miles, turn left onto SR 116 (Oak Bay Rd.). Go through Port Hadlock approximately two miles, and take a sharp left, staying on SR 116. Follow to park entrance at end of highway. Park is about ten miles from Oak Bay Rd. turnoff.
Features: Fort Flagler State Park is a 784-acre marine camping park surrounded on three sides by 19,100 feet of saltwater shoreline. The park rests on a high bluff overlooking Puget Sound, with views of the Olympic and Cascade Mountains. Many historic buildings remain at this 19th-century-established military fort.

Port Townsend City Dock (WDFW)
Follow SR 20 to Port Townsend, and the waterfront.

Located in the Victorian Seaport of Port Townsend, Wash.
From South Seattle and Tacoma:
Take the Tacoma Narrows Bridge (Hwy. 16) northwest to Bremerton, and Hwy. 3 north to the Hood Canal Bridge. Cross the bridge and take Hwy. 19 (about five miles, turn right) north through Chimacum to Port Townsend. With normal traffic, it is 1 1/2 hours driving from the Tacoma Narrows bridge to Fort Worden State Park.
From Seattle or Everett:
Take the Bainbridge Island or Edmonds/Kingston ferry, and travel to the Hood Canal Bridge. Cross the bridge and in about five miles take Hwy. 19 north (to the right) through Chimacum to Port Townsend. With normal traffic, it is one hour from Kingston to Fort Worden State Park.
From Mt. Vernon, Bellingham, Vancouver B.C.:
Take Hwy. 20 west from Mt. Vernon to Whidbey Island, follow it south to the Keystone Ferry. Take the Keystone Ferry (1/2 hour crossing time) to Port Townsend.
From Olympia:
Either use the Tacoma directions, or follow the scenic route up Hood Canal on Hwy. 101. From Olympia, the travel time either way, depending on traffic is about two hours.
Features: Fort Worden State Park Conference Center is a 433-acre multi-use park with 11,020 feet of saltwater shoreline and a wide variety of services and facilities. The park rests on a high bluff overlooking Puget Sound. Many historic buildings remain at this 19th century military fort.

Hurricane Ridge Visitor Center (ONP)
In Port Angeles from US 101, turn S onto Race Street. Follow 1 mi to Heart O' the Hills Parkway. Follow 5 mi to entrance station and continue on Hurricane Ridge Rd 12 mi to Hurricane Ridge Visitor Center.
Features: Excellent views of Olympic Mountains and Strait of Juan de Fuca, subalpine meadows, 0.5 mi loop trails. Other Info: Elevator or ramp provides access to lower level terrace with picnic tables, gift shop, and snack bar. Hurricane Hill Trail begins at the end of Hurricane Ridge Rd. Bogachiel Hatchery (WDFW)

Follow highway US 101 to Forks, go West on Bogachiel Way (stop light). Go about 2 miles Bearing to the left and follow the signs to the hatchery.
Features: Steelhead and salmon fishing.
There is an accessible bankside fishing area on the rearing pond in the hatchery grounds. It is an annual event in the spring to fish for left over trout in the pond. There is an accessible trail from the boat launch parking lot to an accessible fishing platform on the outlet creek from the hatchery at the Bogachiel River. Other Info: The accessible platform for fishing is elevated above the river to avoid flooding. It is not at river level but can be used during higher water. A long handle net or assistance would be needed to land fish. Obey the posted signs for closed waters near the platform.Updated: 3/30/2001

From US-101, about 3.5 miles north of Brinnon, turn east on Point Whitney Road. Follow to end. Interpretive building at bottom of hill, past office.

From Aberdeen, take SR-105 along the south shore of Grays Harbor. Follow this road about 30 miles. At North Cove, Shoalwater Indian Reservation, stay to the right (exit SR-105) and continue south to Toke Point.
Features: Undeveloped parking area in grass field.
