Port of Bellingham

Location
The Port of Bellingham has three facilities with pumpouts in Whatcom County. Two are located on Bellingham Bay, the third facility is in Drayton Harbor in the town of Blaine.

Pumpout Facility Information
Office hours for the Port of Bellingham marinas is daily 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The Port's facilities are open the year around.

Squallicum Harbor is a full-service 1200 slip Certified Clean marina.There are several pumpouts available throughout the marina that include two pumpout docks and portable pumpouts carts.

Bellingham Cruise Terminal (BCT) is a Certified Clean Marina with one stationary pumpout. The Cruise Terminal is the southern terminus for the Alaska Marine Highway System and also provides connections to the San Juan Islands for foot ferries and charter vessels. The BCT serves over 200,000 passengers each year.

Blaine Harbor is a Certified Clean Marina with four pumpouts to serve 629 boat slips and over 800 feet of visitor moorage.
